Gareth Davies MS Member of the Welsh Parliament (Senedd) for the Vale of Clwyd is reaching out to residents asking them to let him know their priorities and views as we head out of covid restrictions and try to invigorate and improve our local area and services.
The Welsh Parliament “Senedd” is the democratically elected body that represents the interests of Wales and its people. It makes laws for Wales, agrees Welsh taxes and holds the Welsh Government to account.
Gareth is asking local residents if they want more information on the work of the Welsh Parliament, asking for feedback on key local issues for him to relay back into his work representing Vale of Clwyd in the Senedd and is letting people know how to get in touch if they require support on any personal matters. The member of the Senedd has a dedicated team based in the constituency to assist residents with issues they need help in resolving or more information on.
Mr Davies has issued thousands of surveys by post or hand delivery across the area and has now released a digital version for those who have not yet received a copy or for those wish to complete the survey online.
Gareth said: "It’s been a tough time for people across Wales throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
"As our local communities look towards the future, we need to draw up a plan for recovery that will help residents here in Vale of Clwyd. A plan which means growing the economy, creating jobs, and investing in our public services.
“That’s why I’m asking residents to tell me about your priorities for our area by filling out this survey, so that I can raise the issues that are important to you through my role in Cardiff and help us get on the road to a brighter future"
